# Communfy

> Communfy is communal-fee and building management software for property-management companies and self-managed apartment buildings (owners' committees). It turns a building's agreed annual budget into each owner's itemized monthly invoice, tracks who has paid, matches bank statements and supports committee governance (bill approvals, votes). English and Greek.

## Pricing (EUR, excluding VAT)
- One plan with every feature, priced per unit across any number of buildings; no per-building fee
- EUR 10/month minimum, covering the first 8 units; above that, graduated bands (each band prices only the units inside it):
  - units 1-75: EUR 1.25 per unit per month
  - units 76-150: EUR 1 per unit per month
  - units 151-400: EUR 0.75 per unit per month
  - units 401+: EUR 0.55 per unit per month
- Examples: 12 units: EUR 15/month; 40 units: EUR 50/month; 120 units: EUR 138.75/month; 400 units: EUR 356.25/month
- Yearly billing: 10 months charged for 12 (2 months free)
- 30-day free trial; card required; cancel any time before the trial ends without charge
- Owners and tenants are never charged by Communfy
