Κοινόχρηστα for Greek apartment blocks, worked out for you.
Enter each flat's per-mille share once. Communfy splits every expense, issues an itemized notice per flat and shows who has paid — for a building administrator, a management company or the owners themselves.
How Greek πολυκατοικίες are usually run
A Greek apartment building is governed by its general assembly of owners (Γενική Συνέλευση) and its building regulation (κανονισμός πολυκατοικίας), which sets each flat's share of the common costs in thousandths — the χιλιοστά.
Day to day, a διαχειριστής runs the building: often an owner taking their turn, sometimes a professional management company looking after many buildings. Every month, common costs such as cleaning, the elevator, common electricity and the reserve fund are split by χιλιοστά into each flat's κοινόχρηστα.
The work is the same every month and the mistakes are expensive: a wrong share, a missed transfer, an owner disputing a charge. Communfy does the arithmetic and keeps the record, so the administrator doesn't have to.

Questions from Greece
Does Communfy split costs by χιλιοστά?
Yes. Each service can be apportioned by per-mille shares, by floor area, per flat or equally, so different costs can follow different rules in the same building.
What about heating split by hour meters or calorimeters?
Consumption-based heating splits aren't calculated automatically today. You can set a per-flat amount for the heating service instead, alongside the per-mille split for everything else.
Can an owner who acts as διαχειριστής use it?
Yes. An owner-administrator or a committee can sign up for one building, from €10 a month for up to 8 flats. Management companies use the same platform for many buildings.
Is it in Greek?
Yes. Communfy is fully available in Greek and English, for administrators, owners and tenants alike.
